Attended this two-day intensive training focused on developing an equity framework that recognizes the historical, cultural, structural, and institutional components of race and racism in the United States.

Diversity THINKposium: The Lived Experience of Difference, 2016, Chapel Hill, NC

Attended this full-day workshop focused on exploring and understanding the impact of race-related current events on the UNC community.

UNC Future Faculty Fellowship, Spring 2016, Chapel Hill, NC

Participated in a semester-long program run by UNC’s Center for Faculty Excellence, focused on evidence-based teaching strategies for post-secondary education.

Causation: School Libraries and Student Success (CLASS) Summit, 2014, Chicago, IL
